Just to let you know that our claim to remove our spray foam insulation was approved today. They will pay for the original spray foam to be removed + interest, a replacement roof covering and also your Robinson & Hall report fee. I want to record the appreciation of Claire and myself for the outstandingly good job that you have done as a project manager. As you know, we have had the basement to our property tanked. You oversaw the project and have been an absolutely invaluable support over the last 3-4 months. Putting aside the ‘technical’ issues like drawing up the specification, managing the tender process, ensuring that deadlines were being met etc, I think that it is your objective and impartial advice that has been most noteworthy.
The issue of what and what may not be included in our statement of loss (for a long running legal dispute) is complex and throughout you have been scrupulously fair in making your recommendations. You managed the client (us) with great skill.
We always found you to be unfailingly courteous, helpful and responsive. We would have no hesitation in using your services again and if you ever wanted us to provide a reference for your professional work standards, we would be delighted to do so.

This was an application I thought we were going to struggle with, so having a handful of conditions is no big deal at all. Thanks very much, I’m really pleased.

So for plot 2 &3 my sister and I feel like they have really hit the brief. The bi-folding doors in the dining room leading onto a patio. We like how the living room also has a door going onto the patio. Big sash windows in the dining room and master bedroom letting in lots of light. The double height entrance in the hallway is amazing. Lots of dressing space in the master bedroom and built in space in all the bedrooms. Two ensuites upstairs and family bedroom.
Overall we are really pleased with the layout. I don’t have feedback directly from the others on the other two plots but I think they will be happy with them.

Croftdene is now on the market with the estate agent, who will take over responsibility for the weekly checks and reports back, from this weekend. Of course, they already have a key for viewing purposes, but this is formal authority for you to relinquish any other keys that you may hold and to release the one now on loan. We (and I in particular) are so grateful for all your help, advice and oversight of Croftdene for such an extended period. You have been exceptional!
