To allow employees to maximise their potential and develop their career within the firm, we at times organise external training, including training on presentation skills and assertiveness and confidence.
To encourage our staff to continually improve their performance, and to maximise their potential, we also undertake regular staff appraisals. These identify target areas for each employee to develop their skills and ways in which the employee’s skill sets can be developed to aid both the firm’s business objectives and the individual’s career aspirations.
