Robert has over 30 years of professional experience working on a wide variety of demanding residential and commercial projects. Clients value his practical approach to building design, project management and the CDM regulations. Previous building projects include barn conversions, residential new builds and numerous commercial refurbishments.
Robert has a strong background in Architecture & Building Surveying and also provides strategic advice to clients on incorporating renewable technologies within their building projects.
Robert prepares Expert Witness Reports in line with The Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35 requirements for construction and property related disputes. He also deals with boundary disputes and other land ownership related matters, is an experienced Party Wall Surveyor and is a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Society.
In addition Robert is the past President and current committee member of The Surveyors 1921 Club – a well-established and respected local club for surveyors.
In his spare time, he enjoys swimming and is a keen cyclist. He has also previously taken part in Barclays charity bike ride in aid of The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI).
