As an agent and manager of the letting section, I have to say that you are absolutely fantastic at your job and most pleasant to deal with. I am so sorry that you will not be our agent as it seems that you really do understand how difficult it is to explain to anyone with half a brain, that a long-term tenancy is totally different to a short term stop gap.
