Conversion of traditional barns

Our planning team were successful in obtaining consent for a client in Central Bedfordshire for the conversion of a range of traditional barns to four dwellings. Our design team were able to include some contemporary extensions and glazed links to create an attractive courtyard development. We worked proactively with council officers throughout and spoke in support of the application at the committee meeting which resulted in an approval.
