Detailed surveys are important for large, old (pre-dating 1945) or run-down properties, an unusual or substantially altered house or if the buyer is planning major works after purchasing it.

Our RICS Chartered Surveyors can provide a ‘health check’ of the property, assessing the current condition and outlining any potential maintenance issues. 

Our report includes a thorough analysis of the property and provides advice on the implications of any significant defects and the estimated cost of remedial work.
