Jane undertook an Executive Secretary’s diploma at Bedford College in 2001/2002 and was presented with the gold medal award by the examination board for that year for Principles and Practices of Management (world award) and for Audio Transcription (England award). She was also awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award by Bedford College for her course.
In September 2002, Jane started working as a Secretary for Robinson & Hall in the Rural Property and Business department until the end of 2016 when she joined the Farm and Land Sales department as a Personal Assistant to David Jones. She is involved with all aspects of farm and land sales, development and auctions and the day-to-day running of the department and also organises staff social events. Jane particularly aims to expand her knowledge of the planning and development side of the business.
Outside of work, Jane is very much into fitness and can be found training or enjoying a dance class most days and has participated in a Warrior Adrenaline Race raising money for the Alzheimers Society. She is also a lover of music and stand-up comedy and always has a gig to go to in the diary. Jane also enjoys some ‘quieter’ activities including yoga, cooking, baking and reading.
