Elim joined Robinson & Hall in October 2023 as a Planner. She is an experienced chartered planner working in planning and the transport industry in Hong Kong and other cities.
Prior to joining Robinson & Hall she worked for the Housing Department for the Hong Kong Government for 10 years as Planning Officer and specialised in public housing, development, planning and engineering feasibility study and project management.
Elim is responsible for the preparation and submission of a variety of planning applications and appeals.
Outside of work she enjoys watching films and travelling with her family.
