We have been helping landlords maximise their rental income for years. In fact, over the last month we have overseen more than £40,000 worth of improvements to our managed residential letting properties, which has maximised the rental income for our landlords.

Undertaking works prior to re-letting means:

  • You will receive a premium rent from the very start of the tenancy.
  • It will limit work required to the property once the tenants move in.
  • It will reduce the possibility of a costly callout.

How does the process work?

  • We conduct an initial inspection of the property and create a report, with photographs and suggested improvements.
  • We make certain that your property complies with all the current legislation to ensure no costly fines are issued.
  • We obtain competitive quotes from our approved contractors and discuss the options with you.
  • Once a contractor is chosen by you, we instruct the contractors on your behalf and oversee the works.
  • We carry out weekly inspections to make sure works are completed within the given time and supply you with regular updates.
  • Whilst the works are still ongoing, we erect a ‘To Let’ board and contact applicants to minimise the costly vacant period.
  • We organise viewings once the works are complete. 
  • Once a tenant is found, we take care of the rest, including references, deposit collection and all the paperwork involved.
