Xander joined us as Assistant Building Surveyor in September 2025.
He has always had a keen interest in the construction industry, having had many family members work in a range of construction roles. Following his work experience he had a keen interest in building surveying. Xander works in our Building & Project Consultancy department so is surrounded by many staff who can offer him great advice and lead at the start of his career.
Whilst working he is also studying a degree in building surveying, with an aim of eventually becoming a Chartered Surveyor. Xander recently finished a Construction Management college course which covered building surveying but now he hopes to expand and deepen his knowledge in this subject.
In his free time Xander enjoys playing football and watching, especially West Ham. He also likes to watch rugby and cricket.
