Stephen has almost 40 years’ experience in the rural property sector since joining Robinson & Hall in 1986 and becoming a Partner in 1991. Having grown up on a farm, he draws on his agricultural experience to advise landowners and rural businesses on a broad range of property related matters specialising in estate management and landlord and tenant matters. He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association, Country Land and Business Association, National Farmers Union and Tenant Farmers Association.
Stephen also plays an active part in the profession being Treasurer (and a Past President) of the Herts, Beds & Bucks Agricultural Valuers Association, a past Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Beds & Herts Rural Practice Division and a member of the Surveyors 1921 Club.
Outside Robinson & Hall Stephen enjoys walking in the countryside, travelling, reading, and listening to music.
