Debi joined Robinson & Hall as Practice Manager at the beginning of 2025.
She has many years’ experience of business management, having run a limited company with her husband for 19 years.
Debi brings an enthusiastic and empathetic approach to the day-to-day running of the offices at Bedford and Buckingham. Juggling many balls in the air is an understatement of her position. From taking meeting minutes to overseeing the installation of new servers, finding someone a mouse that works to organising the annual day out, onboarding of new staff to negotiating a new electricity contract. But the variety of responsibilities and the immediacy of demands is what excites Debi.
She is relishing the challenges ahead and looking forward to making a positive impact on a company that is soon to mark its 150th anniversary.
Outside Robinson & Hall Debi is keen to be on the tennis court, playing badly but enjoying every second! A keen supporter of Rugby (Leicester Tigers, probably not very popular in this part of the world!), Debi loves watching any sport at the highest level. A bit of downtime, gardening and walking her dog, Meg, interspersed with art, literature and theatre is how Debi likes to “let go”.
