We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic college leaver, who has recently completed a BTEC/HNC/HND in a building surveying or related field or an equivalent qualification, for advanced entry to a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying.

We will also enroll you in a Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship Degree program to work towards a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying.

This position is based in our Bedford office.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Assist on a range of building surveying instructions across residential, commercial and agricultural properties.
• Assist with servicing instructions.
• Develop awareness in business development and client care.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures.
• Independence around your own continuous professional learning.
• Uphold company values and culture.

Your skills and experience

• A BTEC/HNC/HND in building surveying or a related field (preferably with some work experience in a Building or Drawing Office environment).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience of AutoCAD (advantage, but not essential).
• Clean driving licence.
