Meet the Team

Rhys joined Robinson & Hall in 2017 and became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2025. He has experience and knowledge of construction methods and the requirements for planning and listed building applications, as well as the necessities laid out by the Building Regulations and the Land Registry.

He aims to continue to develop his knowledge and experience by working alongside the other Chartered Surveyors at Robinson & Hall.

Rhys is involved with the preparation of planning and Building Regulations applications, including applications for works to listed buildings, and works closely with the Planning & Design team. While he is primarily focused on design and project management works, he is also involved in the preparation of Land Registry compliant plans and assists more experienced members of the team with boundary disputes. Rhys has experience working on residential extensions, refurbishments, and reinstatements, as well as some commercial new-build projects.

Outside Robinson & Hall Rhys is a member of The Surveyors 1921 Club, a well-established and respected local club for surveyors and other property professionals. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, cooking, archery, and camping.
