Brook End Farm is situated within the heart of Keysoe and comprises a range of farm buildings from traditional brick construction to modern steel portal frame. The larger brick/metal clad barn will be converted into two 4-bedroom semi-detached dwellings, one being approximately 2,529 sq ft and the other being approximately 2,421 sq ft. The smaller brick barn will be developed to form a 3-bedroom dwelling of approximately 1,776 sq ft. All three dwellings will be accessed off Riseley Road and will have sufficient amenity space and parking.
