New Starters
We have welcomed four new starters so far this year.
Deborah Morisot joined us at the beginning of the year as Practice Manager. She has many years’ experience of business management having run a limited company with her husband for 19 years.
Debi brings an enthusiastic and empathetic approach to the day-to-day running of the offices at Bedford and Buckingham.
Tristan Peck also joined us in early 2025 as a Planning & Development Surveyor. He has previously worked in the UK housebuilding industry for over 2 years as a Land Manager, which included a number of land acquisitions across the Home Counties. Prior to this, he worked for 7 years at Bletsoes working with clients to enhance their portfolio.
Tristan specialises in increasing the value of our clients’ assets and exploring opportunities. He has experience in all forms of development, including residential, commercial and agricultural.
Zoe Thompson joined us in March 2025 as a Secretary to the Planning & Design team. She is responsible for all administration.
David Cook also joined us in March 2025 as a Senior Building Surveyor. He has over 40 years’ experience as a Building Surveyor working on various projects, including commercial, retail, charitable, blue light and education estates.
He has experience of the full range of Building Surveying services including defect diagnosis and building pathology, condition surveys and lifecycle assessments.
Charitable Donation
We have enhanced our phone system and are delighted to have donated close to 50 telephones to the Milton Keynes Raynet Group.
This group is a volunteer organisation dedicated to providing communication support during national and international crises.
Podcasts
I launched many more podcasts since our last newsletter, including a podcast on ‘adding value to farmers’ and landowners’ assets, the development land market, party walls, and the commercial property market to name a few.
