Milena joined us as Commercial Property Manager in April 2023. Prior to joining Robinson & Hall, Milena was the Head of Operations & Property Management at Madley Property, a boutique estate agency in London, and was responsible for the overseeing and expansion of their property management team.
Born in Bulgaria, Milena spent her early adult years in the United States of America where she gained a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2011, Milena moved to the UK and currently brings more than 13 years of operational and compliance oversight having previously held several leadership roles in luxury residential properties across Central London and oversaw the openings of boutique hotels.
Milena is responsible for Commercial Agency and Property Management.
Outside of work she enjoys going to West End Musicals and spending time with her family and her young daughter. She is a keen tennis fan and attends various sports events across the country.
