David has been involved in all aspects of commercial property for over 30 years working in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire, concentrating principally on valuations. He has also been involved in the management of individual offices within a national organisation and has acted for clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties throughout the UK.
David joined Robinson & Hall in 2011 and has taken an active role in growing and strengthening our expanding Commercial Property Department. He specialises in conducting valuations, together with providing advice on development, lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations.
Outside Robinson & Hall, David is a keen walker and is currently looking for a new challenge which could involve a charity walk with other staff members. He is a member of the Surveyors 1921 Club, which discusses the latest property developments in the region throughout the year.
