Our client wanted to regularise a B1 and B8 (offices and storage business) use that had expanded over the last few years.
The business had grown from two caravans to now storing up to 70 caravans on the farmyard site. The former and traditional farm buildings also provide small storage space units for local businesses.
The planning application sought to extend the area to accommodate up to 100 caravans and provide a well defined yard that is well maintained and screened with landscaping.
This application was submitted then validated on receipt by the Council. The proposals even received planning permission before the eight week statutory determination date!
