To cater for our clients’ varying requirements and to benefit from a far greater marketing exposure, our auction department joined forces in January 2013 with one of the country’s largest auctioneers, Auction House UK. Now known as Auction House Robinson & Hall we cover a large area extending over Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and parts of Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.
Main purpose of job:
You will be responsible for generating auction appraisals and appointments, helping to increase our instruction levels and market share.
You will establish a good relationship with estate agents, solicitors and other introducers, expanding our referral program and build a pipeline of clients that are keen to sell their property at auction.
The role will be office based on the telephone, booking appointments and appraisals for our Auction Listers to carry out.
